+Our business is a ministry. Our faith is at the heart of everything we do at PPM. It guides how we serve our clients, approach challenges, and make decisions. We named our company in honor of the Holy Spirit, the Paraclete — the Advocate — and we strive to emulate this role by advocating for our doctors and providers through faithful stewardship of their revenue cycles.
On a practical level, we have formally dedicated the business to the true Paraclete, the Holy Spirit. We see ourselves as stewards of the business, viewing it as a ministry of service. We observe the liturgical calendar and its seasons, offer a decade of our Family Rosary for each client and their practice, and directly support organizations that build up the Culture of Life — so we can faithfully guide and defend our clients’ mission just as the Paraclete defends and comforts the faithful.
