The Hem of Christ is an apostolate sent out to accompany you on your journey of faith and dementia. Through Education, Prayer, and Community we are dedicated to helping you remain in the Sacraments, and grow in faith while you walk this dementia journey.
+It is the foundation and strength that helps this organization move forward in a very secular industry and invites parishes to remain close to those living with dementia and their care partners. Prayer kicks off each meeting, each service, each encounter. It is the core of every service.
